Having grown up in the area, Mike understands its values and its unique needs, and he brings that perspective to every client relationship.
Mike is committed to giving back. He volunteers as a youth sports coach and serves on the board of Midlands Technical College. These roles keep him involved in the community and invested in creating opportunity for the next generation.
Mike and his wife, Nikki, are the proud parents of three children, Makaila, McPherson, and McCutchen, who keep the family busy with sports and community activities. Away from the office, you'll find them boating, on the golf course, or traveling somewhere new. Above all, Mike values being accessible. Whether it's a question, a claim, or just checking in, his clients know he's there when they need him.

With more than 10 years in the insurance industry, Nikki Farrell oversees the agency's daily operations and is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients. Originally from out of state, she came to South Carolina for college, fell in love with the area, and has made her roots here with Mike and their three children, Makaila, McPherson, and McCutchen.
Building the agency alongside Mike has been a rewarding journey for Nikki, giving her the chance to connect with the community and help people prepare for everyday risks. Whether she's meeting new clients or working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, she is dedicated to making the agency a trusted place where every question and concern is heard.
Outside of work, Nikki loves summers on Lake Murray, catching up with friends, a good manicure, a little Bravo reality TV, and family vacations, her favorite way to recharge.
